Why We Built This Site
Missouri gives the public broad access to court records, but Sullivan County records are not all held by one office. The Circuit Clerk handles local circuit court files, certified court copies, and courthouse access for cases in the 9th Judicial Circuit. The Recorder of Deeds handles marriage licenses and recorded instruments. The Sheriff's Office is the official contact for custody, arrest, and warrant questions when no county roster or active-warrant list is posted online. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for these offices into one place.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
